By downloading, installing, or using Super Sloper ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Super Sloper is a fitness tracking application designed to help users track climbing and treadmill workouts. The App allows you to:

• Record workout sessions with speed, distance, incline, and duration metrics
• View heart rate data from Apple HealthKit
• Review workout history and statistics
• Share workout summaries

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the App
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
• Not use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality

Health and Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Super Sloper is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

• Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program
• The heart rate and workout data provided by the App are for informational purposes only
• Do not rely solely on the App for health or fitness decisions
• Stop exercising immediately if you feel unwell, dizzy, or experience pain

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and trademarks, is owned by Super Sloper Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of workout data
• We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages arising from your use of the App
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any)

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Super Sloper Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Super Sloper Inc. operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
