To get the most out of Super Sloper:
- Grant HealthKit permissions when prompted to enable heart rate tracking

- End your workout to save it to your history and Apple Health
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I see my heart rate during workouts?
Wear your Apple Watch during workouts. Super Sloper automatically reads heart rate data from HealthKit. Make sure you've granted the app permission to access Health data in Settings.
Can I delete a workout?
Yes, you can delete workouts from your workout history by swiping left on the workout entry.
How do I delete my workout data?
You can delete individual workouts from the workout history screen. To delete all data, you can uninstall the app which removes all locally stored data.
Does Super Sloper work offline?
Yes, Super Sloper works completely offline. All your data is stored locally on your device.
