Introduction
Super Sloper ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
Information We Collect
Workout Data: We collect workout metrics including speed, distance, duration, incline, and elevation that you manually enter or track during your climbing sessions.
Health Data: With your permission, we use Apple HealthKit to read heart rate, workouts, active energy, resting heart rate, biological sex, date of birth, and workout effort data for workout analysis and training-load estimates. We may also write workouts and effort ratings to Apple Health when you use supported features. HealthKit-derived values such as calories, effort scores, resting heart rate, and workout correlation may be cached in the app's local data store.
Crash Reports and Diagnostics: We use Sentry for crash reporting, performance monitoring, and diagnostic logs. Reports may include device information, app version, technical details, diagnostic error context, and a pseudonymous per-vendor device identifier. We configure Sentry to avoid default personal information collection where available.
Analytics Data: We use PostHog and Google Firebase Analytics to understand app usage, reliability, feature adoption, and conversion events. Analytics may include screen views, feature events, subscription status, purchase/conversion events, aggregate workout summary metrics (such as duration, distance, elevation, incline, and segment count), app version, locale/region, diagnostic state, and a pseudonymous per-vendor device identifier. We do not access IDFA and do not use this data to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
User Preferences: We store your app preferences (such as speed unit, presets, and share settings) locally on your device.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Display your workout history and statistics
- Show heart rate data during and after workouts
- Customize your app experience based on preferences
- Diagnose and fix technical issues through crash reports and diagnostics
- Improve the app's performance and features
Data Storage
Your workout data and preferences are stored in the app using Apple's SwiftData framework. When iCloud is available, the app may sync this data through Apple's private CloudKit infrastructure under your Apple ID. We do not operate our own server for storing your workout history, although the aggregate workout summary metrics described above may be sent to analytics services.
Your data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including encryption when your device is locked.
Third-Party Services
Apple HealthKit: We integrate with Apple HealthKit to read and write the health data described above. Apple's privacy practices govern HealthKit and Apple Health. We do not send raw HealthKit samples to PostHog, Firebase, or Sentry.

Google Firebase Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics for app event and conversion measurement. Firebase collects app usage data and device identifiers. Data Sharing
We do not sell or trade your personal data. Your full workout history remains on your device or in your private iCloud sync unless you choose to share it using the app's share feature. The aggregate analytics and diagnostic data described above may be processed by our analytics and crash-reporting providers.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your workout data through the app
- Delete your workout data at any time
- Revoke HealthKit permissions through iOS Settings
- Uninstall the app to remove all local data
Children's Privacy
Our app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app with an updated "Last Updated" date.
